    We were thrilled with R3J Residential! We had them (Ron) remodel an outdated primary bathroom that included taking out a wall, reconfiguring the space and enlarging a walk-in shower. He was so busy, we had to wait our turn, but it was so worth it!
    Communication was excellent and the timeline with contractors was accurate and precise. The contractors too, were very professional and did an extraordinary job. We highly recommend R3J for any and every job in your home.

    We were very happy with our main bathroom remodel in summer of 2023. We found Ron on Angi after several attempts to find a contractor through other friends in the area who others had used in the past. Unlike other contractors, Ron called us back and showed up to our scheduled appointment to talk about what we wanted to do. He was very open and seemed interested in what WE wanted to do. He also offered suggestions that could work with our remodel as well. He provided us a quote that was timely, but slightly higher than we thought we would have to pay. Ron collaborated with us to make our budget more reasonable for us. We chose him as our contractor after this. Ron’s process with finish selection was very organized as he had go-to places for each selection for our bathroom (ie. cabinets, flooring, tile, bathroom hardware, etc.) We liked Ron and his team as they provided regular updates and timelines of how the process works and what would come next in the process. And THEY SHOWED UP when they said they would. We had only minor hick ups during the process and the everything turned out amazing. We are so happy with our fresh, new bathroom. We would definitely hire Ron and his team again for future projects.

    We had a great experience with R3J Residential Services. Ron was professional and on time to his initial appointment, unlike many other contractors we attempted to meet with. Many contractors would not show up or call back about the possibility of completing a bath remodel for us. Ron was prompt and personable.
    We talked about what we wanted to do and Ron was timely in providing a quote. The quote was a bit higher than we had expected spending, but he wanted our business and worked with us to lower the budget to agreeable terms.
    Once we were under contract, the process for selecting flooring, tile, hardware, and finishes was seamless thanks to Ron’s organized process with vendors in the region. We were able to select our choices quickly with no issues with availability or backorders.
    Once items were selected, demo was fast. Ron provided regular updates about what was the plan for what would come next. Times of arrival and days which they would be there was clear. The communication between us was respectful and collaborative.
    Our project is finished and it looks great. There was only a few hiccups, but it still finished on time and only slightly above our initial budget.
    We would definitely go with Ron again for any home project. Thanks again RONs!!!

He provided excellent communication every step of the way, and was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We were continuously updated, and no hidden surprises. He was open to changes on the fly, and added some items mid-project.
    The finished work looks amazing (two baths and a utility room). The total experience was fantastic and as stress free as a project can be.

    Ron enlarged the shower in my master bath by removing an adjacent cabinet and moving the wall. He was punctual, kept me informed, as he dealt with unexpected rotten floorboards and did a beautiful job of tiling in the shower. He also replaced a vanity cabinet, adding a new quartz counter and decorative tile backsplash. I would heartily recommend him to anyone looking for a general contractor.

    Ron has done a kitchen, two bathrooms and a gazebo for us. He and his workers are everything you could ask for in a contractor.
